Home-based intervention program designed to strengthen the family unit, educate about child development, encourage problem solving, and family bonding while focusing on effective skills for healthy parenting.
- For families with children 0 - 18 yrs old
- Services are 1 hr/week
- May last up to 12 months with case management
- DSS referrals are accepted
- Available in Forsyth county only
