  • Utilize evidence-based practices that are proven to work for families throughout all walks of life no matter the race, sex, age, ethnicity, disability, etc.
  • Follow a trauma-informed care model that realizes the prevalence of trauma in our populations, recognizes the signs and symptoms of trauma, responds via advocacy and treatment, and avoids re-traumatization to our community members.
  • Conduct the necessary research to understand the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences within our community to shape our programs to be more equitable and accessible with quality care for the communities we serve.
  • Solicit feedback from families participating in programs and utilize this feedback to provide continuous quality improvement for agency programs and shape the future.
